This was like hitting a wall in order to get my negative energies flow out..
But there are better ways and i am certainly trying a few, one of them is Meditation..
Yes, Sudharm, meditation, like writing is a great way to relieve stress, clear your thoughts, gather new strength, AND, purge negative energy. Good for you!
